CBIC notifies the enforcement of Section 128 of the Finance Act, 2020

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on May 16, 2020, appoints May 18, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 128 of the Finance Act, 2020 will come into force, in order to bring amendment in Section 140 of Central Goods and Services Tax Act, which specifies transitional arrangements for input tax credit, with effect from July 01, 2017.
