The State Government of Bihar on June 09, 2020 has provided relaxation in certain compliance under the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 due to the spread of COVID-19 pandemic.
It is notified that:-
The time limit for completion of compliance by any authority or by any person falling during the period from March 20, 2020 to June 29, 2020 is extended up to June 30, 2020 for the purpose of completion of any proceeding or passing of any order or issuance of any notice, intimation, notification, sanction or approval or such other action.
The validity period for any e-way bill generated under rule 138 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 has been extended till May 31, 2020.
This Notification shall come into force with effect from March 20, 2020.
