CBIC extends the due date for furnishing of FORM GSTR 9 and FORM 9C for FY 2018-19

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on May 05, 2020, extends the due date for furnishing of FORM GSTR 9 and FORM 9C for FY 2018-19 till September 30, 2020.

Therefore, CBIC extends the time limit for furnishing of the annual return specified under section 44 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, electronically through the common portal, for the financial year 2018-2019 till September 30, 2020.
